株式会社SPC INTERNATIONAL EDUCATION（以下「当社」といいます）は、個人情報の取扱について個人情報の保護に関する法律及び基本方針を遵守することで、個人情報の適切な保護に努めます。

  2. 当社では、お預かりした個人情報は当社及び関連会社でのみ利用することとします。

  3. 当社では、お客様からご了解いただいた範囲内でのみ個人情報を利用します。

  4. お客様の個人情報は本人の承諾なしに第3者へは提供いたしません。ただし、法令に基づき、司法・行政・公的機関などから開示請求を受けた場合、公序良俗に則して必要と判断された場合はこの限りではありません。

  5. 当社が保有する個人情報は、紛失・破壊・改ざん・漏えい等の不正アクセスが生じなように個人情報等の管理責任者を設置してセキュリティ対策を講じます。

  6. 当社は、お客様の個人情報が適正に管理されるように社内体制を整備し、継続的な個人情報の保護に努めてまいります。

  7. お客様がご自身の個人情報の照会・修正・削除などをご希望される場合には、当社窓口までご連絡頂ければ、ご本人であることを確認した上で合理的な範囲内で対応します。
